My First U/S Appointment

I had my first ultrasound appointment on the 31st. We have only one baby in there and s/he has a strong heartbeat. I was so very proud to be experiencing another little one in my tummy. I have lost 1 pound and the doctor put me on Zofran and B6 for the morning sickness. The Zofran hurts my tongue since it's dissolvable. It sucks. The OB has also decided to send me out to a cardiologist. Tri-Care says that it's for a 1 time visit, but the Cardiologist may want me to come back for weekly check ups for the remainder of my pregnancy. I will have to find out when I go to my first appointment. The OB wants me to come back in 6 week when I am 14 weeks pregnant. I also found out that I can find out what I am having with a 3D ultrasound on May 30th. I can't wait. We have to wait and see what Blake's duty schedule is. I am so excited and I can't wait to find out if it's a boy or a girl.

WOW!!!

I am almost to the 2 month marker. I can't believe that I am almost 8 weeks pregnant. It's hard to fathom that I am going to be a mommy of 2 babies by the end of this year. Aiden is excited to be a big brother and he loves the belly. He talks to the baby all the time and he is adament that he is having a baby sister. He wanted a brother but as soon as I got pregnant, he started saying that he is having a baby sister! =)

I got sick for the first time today. I have been nauseated for almost a month, but today I actually threw up. It was so bad that I ended up peeing my pants. Aiden tells me, "Bad mommy, we pee pee in the potty! No sticker for you now!" How embarrassing. =(

Just to let everyone know, Blake and I are expecting baby #2 in November. I have estimated the due date for the 14th, but it may change to the 15th. Not quite sure yet, but we will be letting everyone know any and all updates.
